These terms apply to your use of the Rinds & Vines website and any purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in a way that damages, disrupts, or impairs access to it for others, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any part of the website without notice.
2. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we confirm the order by email. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time. You pay the price confirmed at the time your order is accepted.
Payment is due in full before goods are dispatched or collected.
3. Delivery
Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. We do our best to meet stated delivery windows but cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day. Delays caused by couriers or other factors outside our control do not give rise to liability on our part.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If you miss a delivery through no fault of ours, any re-delivery costs are payable by you.
4. Right to cancel and returns
Most goods sold by Rinds & Vines are perishable food items. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(1)(b), the 14-day statutory right to cancel does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Fresh cheeses, aged cheeses, cured meats, and similar perishable items fall within this exemption.
If you receive goods that are damaged, faulty, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@rindsandvines.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
5. Allergens
All our cheese products contain milk. Some of our products are made from unpasteurised milk. Unpasteurised milk products are not recommended for pregnant women, children under five years old, elderly people, or people with a weakened immune system.
We handle a wide range of food products on our premises and cannot guarantee that any item is free from a particular allergen. If you have a serious allergy or food intolerance, please speak to us in person or email info@rindsandvines.com before purchasing.

6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Rinds & Vines. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is always current. Continuing to use the site after any update means you accept the revised terms.

Complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel a contract for non-perishable goods. Please read Section 4 regarding perishable items before using this form.
